Av8pix is a vision of "Colonel" Christopher Ebdon, a Confederate Air Force Life Member and veteran air show photographer, known for high-energy, pro-digital aviation photography. Av8pix is a proud member of the International Counsel of Air Shows (ICAS), International Society of Aviation Photographers (ISAP), and Helicopter Association International (HAI).

The Av8pix team concept differs from the norm due to its approach to the event. This team of still and / or video media professionals, scaled to meet the needs of your event, joins together to create a “one stop shop” for the aviation industry. Instead of being confined to a media-specific area, where all photographers tend to produce the same photos of each performer, the team concept ensures that there are photographers available to shoot your act or airshow from multiple angles and simultaneous events get documented.

Av8pix makes sure that all of the behind the scenes action is also photo-documented. We understand that the airshow is not only about aircraft, but the attendees, the show sponsors and VIPs, the maintenance individuals supporting the acts, and of course, the airshow volunteers. The Av8pix package ensures that the show staff has multiple choices when choosing photos for post-show press releases, sponsor "thank-you"s, ICAS advertisements, pamphlets, or your website's content.

The Av8pix.com team has shot for aviation manufacturers, vendors, trade expos, magazines, as well as events ranging from small fly-ins to major air shows. Our most recently published work is featured in Helicopter Association International's Rotor Magazine, the industry trade journal for rotary-winged aviation, Flight International Magazine, and Przeglad Lotniczy Aviation Revue, a Polish trade journal.

If you need professional digital pictures of: your aircraft, airshow, VIPs and guests, flight crew, aviation exposition, be it air to air or air to ground, you will be rewarded with accurate, brilliant results.
